Hi, I’m Karolina — single mom, free surfer, entrepreneur, and certified ISSA trainer.

I know how hard it is to stay consistent with workouts when life is full: running a business, raising a child, and chasing waves whenever I can. I used to skip workouts, feel drained, and struggle to get back into a rhythm.

That’s why I created this 21-day program, to take the pressure off and bring structure, energy, and joy back into your training.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and building a routine that fits your lifestyle: so you can feel strong, energized, and fully alive.
